A lifetime purchase grants access to Kanbi Cards Pro for the operational lifetime of the service — not indefinitely. "Lifetime" means the life of the product, not the life of the customer. We are transparent about this upfront so there are no surprises.
Access to all Pro features for as long as the service runs. No subscriptions, no renewals, no price increases for existing customers while the service is active.
The operator reserves the right to shut down Kanbi Cards at any time, for any reason — including but not limited to low usage, unsustainable maintenance cost, or personal circumstances. The operator is a single individual, not a corporation.
Specifically: if in any rolling 12-month period the service has fewer than 10 active users (defined as users who logged in at least once), the operator may choose to discontinue the service with no obligation to continue.
In the event of shutdown, the operator will provide a minimum of 60 days written notice via the email used at registration.
Refunds upon shutdown: pro-rated based on time since purchase — purchases under 1 year old receive a full refund; purchases over 1 year old receive no refund, as the product was in active use during that period.
Upon shutdown notice, users will have the full 60-day window to export their data. All board data is exportable as JSON. After service termination, data will be permanently deleted.
Pro users store board data in our database. Free users store data locally in their browser only. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Your email is used solely for authentication and critical service updates.
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
